Veinviewer Flex VS Aimvien Pro 2.0

Veinviewer flex

How Does the VeinViewer Flex Work?

The VeinViewer uses near-infrared light to create a real-time digital image that displays the anatomy and blood flow just under the skin. Near-infrared light is used over traditional infrared light because it’s absorbed by blood and reflected by surrounding tissue. This allows the VeinViewer to create an image of the structure just under the skin.

Using VeinViwers patented technology known as Active Vascular Imaging Navigation you can see blood patterns as deep as 15mm and veins as deep as 10mm. This makes the VeinViwers highly effective during vascular procedures including during, pre, and post.

The VeinViewer can track and identify peripheral veins, bifurcations, valves, and arteries. Clinicians can use this device to easily and quickly identify blood flow patterns, refilling veins, flush veins, and any anomalies during their procedures.

This device helps clinicians diagnose, avoid, and treat complications with a live view of the immediate vascular system. This will allow doctors to be more effective and determine which treatments are working and not working much earlier than ever before.

VeinViewer Flex Features

The VeinViewer Flex is a versatile and easy-to-use device that can be used in a variety of situations. From simple IV placements, blood withdrawals, to more serious vascular procedures the VeinViewer flex offers benefits and features that you can’t find anywhere else.

How does the Aimvein pro 2.0 work?

The basic technology used in our vein finder is infrared wave, or near infrared light (NIL), which is used to create an image of tissue below the surface of the skin.

You may ask why vein detectors use infrared. This is because infrared light reacts differently to blood and tissue.

When infrared light hits the blood, it absorbs it without reflecting it back. That's because hemoglobin, or proteins in the blood that carry oxygen, absorb the light. On the other hand, when an infrared wave hits a vein, artery or tissue, it bounces back.

Reflex properties allow vein finder to create images of your veins, tissues, and blood, right under your skin.In addition to infrared light, the vein detector has two key components, namely the processor and the projector.

The processor will process infrared light that is reflected or absorbed by the body. The final part is the projector, which will project an image at exactly where the infrared light points. The vein detector will then create an image based on the reflected and absorbed information received from your body.Usually these images are red, blue or green. Most vein finders allow you to invert the image, but in general, you'll see veins brightly colored and blood and other tissues black or white, depending on your Settings.

Feature:

  • Medical cold design, will not burn the skin.
  • Available in 7 different colors.
  • Forward and reverse modes can be adjusted.
  • It comes with an enhancer option to make vein images clearer.
  • Veins can be found well in any environment.
  • Sleep power saving mode and quick start Settings and touch switches.
  • Increased the success rate of the first puncture by 3.5 times.
  • Reduced patient pain by 39%& improved patient satisfaction.
  • Non-contact lighting to avoid infection.

Are you trying to decide whether you should purchase a VeinViewer Flex or Aimvein pro 2.0? You're in the right place? In this post, we will help you understand the differences, similarities, and benefits of the VeinViewer Flex and the Aimvein pro 2.0.

When trying to choose between VeinViewer Flex and Aimvein Pro 2.0, it is important to determine the similarities and differences between the two products.

Similarities

First, it's important to note that both products use the same technology, using near-infrared light, which is absorbed by the blood and reflected off surrounding tissue, enabling both devices to create images of the veins under the skin. They're all handheld devices. But the VeinViewer Flex is relatively large.

The basic functions of the two devices are the same. The main features include:

  • Different Sizing Options - VeinViwer Flex offers three different window sizes. The smallest size is ideal for clinicians who need to focus on one vessel, while the largest size provides a comprehensive understanding of blood flow and vascular system.Aimvein Pro 2.0, however, has only one size option.

  • The highly detailed vein imaging showed up even the very small veins. It is convenient for medical staff to evaluate the most suitable vein for puncture.

  • Both offer a variety of color options. These color options are designed to provide the best image, regardless of skin tone, hair density or room brightness.

  • Dual-power option -- You can use a lithium-ion battery that can be easily replaced during surgery or a traditional socket.

  • There is no need to touch patients. The medical design is cold and does not emit heat. It will not cause radiation problems or eye hazards.

  • Both have a variety of image brightness options to accommodate different external environments.

Differences

The main difference between The Veinviewer Flex and Aimvein Pro 2.0 is their size.Flex is a handheld portable viewfinder. It weighs only about 1.6 pounds and measures about 12 inches. This makes it ideal for compact locations, routine procedures, or working with mobile patients.Aimvein Pro 2.0 will be relatively small, the size of a palm, and lightweight, weighing just 0.28kg.
